The Nature Conservancy’s Statement On the Clean Power Plan

On August 3, 2015, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency finalized the Clean Power Plan, a set of standards that will reduce carbon emissions from electric power plants. Previously, no limits or rules existed.

With a presence in all 50 states, The Nature Conservancy is working to support greenhouse gas reductions at the state level, and is committed to helping leaders build these efforts into lasting global climate solutions.
